Labour-hire disclaimer
All Trades Queensland (atq.com.au) is a classifieds platform. We publish job listings and connect jobseekers with employers — that's the entire service.
What ATQ does not do
- We don't employ workers. We are never the employer of record.
- We don't pay wages, hold worker money, or process payroll.
- We don't take a commission on placements or wage cuts.
- We don't hold a Labour-Hire Licence under the Labour Hire Licensing Act 2017 (Qld) and we are not required to — see below.
Why this matters
In Queensland, businesses that supply workers to other businesses for a fee must hold a labour-hire licence. ATQ does not supply workers. Every employment relationship formed through this platform is directly between the employer who posted the role and the jobseeker who applied. ATQ is not a party to that relationship in any way.
If you are an employer using ATQ
If your business operates as a labour-hire provider — i.e. you supply workers to host businesses — you must hold a current QLD Labour-Hire Licence and disclose your licence number on any listing you post. ATQ may request proof of licence and remove listings that appear to operate as unlicensed labour hire.
Aggregated listings
Some listings are aggregated from public job feeds (e.g. Adzuna, Jooble, government apprenticeship registries). These are clearly marked “Sourced from X” and link to the source. ATQ has no relationship with the employer in those cases — apply through the source link.
